Fui Yo Mexicana

A kitchen was born during the pandemic: Started by a foodie group of friends who wanted to try birria tacos, this team was intrigued by the concept of dipping a taco inside a “consume” broth and sought out a more elevated offering. After a few gatherings after, Fui Yo, which means “it was me” was born. They started delivering food during the pandemic, utilizing the best ingredients and the best meats possible. Little by little, they had built up a loyal following demanding a location. Fui Yo started doing “pop-ups” and soon after, they opened their food truck. Fui Yo has been serving the Orlando and Central Florida community ever since. Well-known in the local craft beer industry and loved and praised by the city, they would love to give back the same love by inviting customers to our new home at GSBC!

BRAZA’s mission is to provide a fast and casual Brazilian BBQ experience, but with more traditional menu options and seasonal dishes from Brazilian cuisine.
